TIME IN KIDS: PS 197 & ANGEL JOY BLUE APPEARANCE

Angel invited me to attend her appearance at PS 197 with Time In Kids.  Seeing and hearing Angel sing to the kids at PS 197 was unbelievable.  To hear her voice in such a small space a capella- was such a treat.  It was nice to see her in a more casual setting talking with the kids, being really open about her life and her experiences, sharing her talents with them, and mentoring them about the future.  Angel sang several arias.  She even translated one of the arias she sang into English in response to a comment from one of the boys in the class.  It was exciting to meet kids who knew a lot about opera and really enjoyed the art form because of their classes with Time In Kids and Cyndie.  It was a magical event!
